Farid Ebrahim DDS graduated from Dental School in Chicago in 1997. Skilled in Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Surgery, and Dental Implants, Dr. Ebrahim is an experienced educator in the field of implantology. He chairs the 3rdSET C.E. Mentorship program and serves as the academic instructor. He earned his undergraduate degree from McGill University in Montreal in 1993, followed by a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Northwestern University.

Farshad Athari DDS, graduated from Chicago’s prestigious Northwestern University Dental School in 1999 with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, one of the most recognized institutions in the world. With over 25 years of experience, he has trained numerous doctors across the U.S. in Implant Surgery, offering hands-on experience through live patient surgeries and lectures on advanced techniques and case management.

How many Doctors will be in this course?

To keep the experience highly focused and hands-on, each course is limited to just 5 doctors. This allows for direct mentorship, surgical access, and a truly immersive learning environment.

How many Implants will each Dr. place?

We encourage every participant to place as many implants as possible during the course. While individual results may vary, most doctors can expect to place approximately 20–30 implants, depending on their clinical skills, case complexity, and pace.

Is this course an Entry Level Residency?

This course is for beginners to Intermediate. From our past experience about 60% of the students have never placed a single implant before. Only requirement is to be able to perform extractions.

Are sinus and ridge cases guaranteed?

It depends on the number of patient cases that require that specific treatment during the course.

What is the Tuition Fee?
