✅ Course Registration

• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed.

💳 Payment

• Payments must be made in full prior to the course start date.
• We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
• Financing is available via 3rdSET Finance — contact us for details.

Fees note: A 3.7% processing surcharge applies to credit card payments; debit cards are not surcharged. Bank wires incur a $24 fee.

🛑 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 40+ days before course start: 100% refundable, minus credit card processing fees.
• Less than 30 days: $1,000 non-refundable (credit card fees also deducted from refunds).
• Less than 14 days: $3,000 non-refundable (credit card fees also deducted from refunds).
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

🔄 Course Changes

• 3rdSET Implant Solutions may adjust course dates, instructors, or content if necessary.
• In the rare event of course cancellation, full refunds will be provided.

⚖️ Liability

• Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to San Diego International Airport.
• 3rdSET is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damages during participation in any course or event.

🧾 All-Inclusive Course Package Policy

This course is structured as an all-inclusive package to ensure a seamless, professional experience for all participating doctors.

1) Inclusions

1. Transportation: Round-trip transportation between San Diego International Airport and Tijuana, plus all local transfers among the clinic, hotel, restaurants, and return trip to San Diego Airport.
2. Border Access: Medical fast-pass (SENTRI lane) for expedited border crossing.
3. Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each participating doctor.
4. Accommodations: Hotel arrangements for participating doctors.

2) Companions

1. Companions must be declared in advance so hotel, transportation, and meals can be arranged properly.
2. An additional fee of $1,200 per companion applies.
3. Companion meals include breakfast and dinner only; lunch is not included (companions do not attend the clinic).
4. Late additions: If a companion is added after the group has met at the airport, the standard $1,200 fee still applies. Payment can be completed at that time via credit card (Stripe) or Zelle. This also applies if the companion travels separately into Mexico by private vehicle.

3) Exclusions

1. Beverages not included with meals: Any drinks beyond what is provided with meal service (e.g., extra bottled water, soft drinks, alcoholic beverages) must be paid separately.
2. Hotel incidentals and personal charges: Room service, minibar, and other in-room expenses must be settled directly by the participant.
