Dental Implant Course Registration & Policies

Please review the registration, payment, cancellation, and all-inclusive package details for the 3rdSET live patient dental implant course before enrolling. Contact us with any questions.

Enrollment & confirmation

  • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is processed.

Methods, fees & financing

  • Payments must be made in full prior to the course start date.
  • We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.
  • Financing is available via 3rdSET Finance — contact us for details.
Processing fees: A 3.7% surcharge applies to credit card payments. Debit cards are not surcharged. Bank wire transfers incur a $24 fee.

Schedule & instructor modifications

  • 3rdSET Implant Solutions may adjust course dates, instructors, or content if necessary.
  • In the rare event of a course cancellation by 3rdSET, full refunds will be provided to all enrolled participants.

Travel & participant responsibility

Participants are solely responsible for arranging travel to and from San Diego International Airport, including all flights, ground transportation, lodging, and related accommodations. 3rdSET Implant Solutions shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, delay, missed or canceled flights, travel interruptions, or damage to property incurred before, during, or after participation in any course.

If traveling from a region subject to seasonal weather or travel disruptions, participants are strongly advised to arrive in San Diego at least one (1) day prior to the course start date. 3rdSET is not responsible for missed course time due to travel delays or cancellations.

What's included for doctors & companions

The 3rdSET dental implant course is structured as an all-inclusive package to ensure a seamless, professional training experience for all participating doctors.

A — Inclusions for Participating Doctors

Transportation Round-trip San Diego International Airport ↔ Tijuana, plus all local transfers between the clinic, hotel, and restaurants.
Border Access Medical fast-pass (SENTRI lane) for expedited US–Mexico border crossing.
Meals Breakfast, lunch, and dinner for each participating doctor every day of the course.
Hotel Hotel accommodations arranged and included for all participating doctors.

B — Companion Policy

  • Companions must be declared in advance so hotel, transportation, and meals can be properly arranged.
  • An additional fee of $1,200 per companion applies.
  • Companion meals include breakfast and dinner only — lunch is not included as companions do not attend the clinic.
  • Late additions: If a companion is added after the group meets at the airport, the $1,200 fee still applies and can be paid by credit card (Stripe) or Zelle. This also applies if the companion travels separately into Mexico by private vehicle.

C — Exclusions

  • Beverages beyond meal service: Extra bottled water, soft drinks, or alcoholic beverages must be paid separately by the participant.
  • Hotel incidentals: Room service, minibar, and other personal in-room charges must be settled directly by the participant at checkout.
What is included in the all-inclusive course package?

The package covers airport transfers (San Diego ↔ Tijuana), local transportation, hotel accommodations, daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), and expedited border crossing through the medical fast-pass lane. All instruments, implant materials, and course tuition are also included.

Can I bring a guest or companion to the course?

Yes. Companions must be declared in advance and are subject to a $1,200 all-inclusive fee. This covers shared hotel accommodations, transportation, and meals (breakfast and dinner only). Lunch is not included since companions do not attend the clinic.

Do you offer payment plan options?

Yes. We provide flexible payment Solutions through 3rdSET Finance. Contact us for personalized payment plans that fit your needs.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?
  • 40+ days before the course: 100% refundable minus credit card fees
  • 30–14 days before the course: $1,000 non-refundable fee

  • Less than 14 days before the course: $3,000 non-refundable fee

    All requests must be submitted in writing.

Where is the course held, and how do I get there?

Courses are hosted in Tijuana, Mexico. Participants should fly into San Diego International Airport, where our team will arrange round-trip transportation to the hotel, clinic, and return transfer to San Diego after the course.
